watery wednesday: diving from a pier

This boy, aged 8 jumped more than 20 times. I told his dad that he was a brave boy. His dad replied he was stupid. He wanted to jump from the pole, his dad stopped him.

    I always think it is hypocritical to say "do as I say and not as I do". Dad jumps from the pole, but tells his son not to!
    But to be fearless enough to do either...
    Or maybe that should comfortable enough with the water...

    thanks for visiting...yes it does snow in hawaii on the highest elevations which is around 13,000 ft.

    I probably would have dived from the pole, so I guess I'm stupid too!
