watery wednesday: Water sprays

During the run, 70,000 sweaty bodies raise the temperature by 2 degrees. Kind residents along the road sprayed welcoming water to cool us down during our Round the bays Run.

    Guess you couldn't stop to stand in the spray awhile, where the rules you had to keep moving the whole time? How long did it take you? No breaks?
