GRIEF AWARENESS DAY.

NATIONAL GRIEF AWARENESS DAY. When a loved one dies, the void they leave affects everyone differently. On August 30, National Grief Awareness Day recognizes the time it takes to heal from loss doesn't have a prescribed course and is a reminder closure comes in many forms.

On this day we will educate society about the myths, cliches, and the stigma surrounding grief.
Grief Awareness Day is an opportunity to make sure that all who are grieving receive the support they need.

I, Ann Chin, the self appointed ambassador for bereavement and grieving. I share my message, to those grieving, It's OK to cry. To caregivers allow your love ones to cry. The Chan family remembers their mom and celebrates that she gave life to us.
