I think I can guess why this is called Spaghetti Junction. :)
There seem to be more and more of those Junctions all over the world.

What a cool name for the rambling bridge. When you are driving on these it is one thing, but looking at one in a photo makes me a bit nervous. Nice composition and in interesting shot. G
We have one and it's called The Stack.
