I grew a lot of aloe vera plants for medicinal reason. They never bloomed, may be because I harvested the leaves because they were very good for burnts. I saw this in a private island in Mangere and took this photo.

I knew about the leaves, but I didn't know they bloomed! First time I've seen this!

I don't think I've ever seen an aloe vera plant bloom. I've learned something today.

I always hear about aleo vera for skin care. It is a pretty and sturdy looking flower.

Me too never saw aloe vera bloom not until today. And because I guess we always took the leaves. One priest took the juice from the leaves and drink it so far he is still alive. So I guess it's ok to drink the juice and for us we used it for hair growth ^_^ Happy weekend!

I have one too but it never bloomed either.
