The Water Engineer spotted this unusual giant plant that looks like a big flurry cabbage plant.
Few years ago, we spotted this plant. Yesterday, I saw one with flowers.

Dramatic spire of yellow flowers. Gray-green foliage covered with down. Medicinal: Flowers are used in infused oil for earache, rheumatism. Respiratory ailments. Relaxing expectorant.
