This post is late because I went to our Waitangi Celebrations or New Zealand national day celebrations. I stayed at the marae and spent the whole Sunday educating the festival goers on recycling.
This was a family festival, with no alcohol and drugs. There weremany police to supervise as well as the Maori warden. I didn't see any trouble and everyone had fun.
This annual event is held at Okahu bay domain.

I am glad people had fun and learned about recycling, too!
A fun day and a learning experience. Recycling is a great thing to do.
Glad it was a safe event.
I love recycling. How great that you are active in that. We have freecycling here, where one gives away to someone else who wants it rather than discard it.
