This is a good recipe, you can use fresh fruit or canned fruit. Creamy, sweet and tart from the yoghurt.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangos or 2 cans of mango slices
- 2 cups natural unsweetened yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Optional: honey and passion fruit pulp, spices such as cardamom and cumin.
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Add honey or passionfruit pulp if desired.
