Mango Lassi

This is a good recipe, you can use fresh fruit or canned fruit. Creamy, sweet and tart from the yoghurt.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangos or 2 cans of mango slices
  • 2 cups natural unsweetened yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Optional: honey and passion fruit pulp, spices such as cardamom and cumin.

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. Add honey or passionfruit pulp if desired.
