When I cook this dish, I think of my Korean Friend who kindly supported our Charity for the Deaf in Kenya with this dish.

The first time she brought the dish, the person pricing it too cheaply, and they were snapped up very quickly. I felt embarrassed and I apologised to her. She said it was alright, just glad it was so popular.

Here In New Zealand, I buy the made in china Korean Vermicelli.
