Sunday Bridge.
http://bayphoto.blogspot.com/
Last month, I went with friends associated with the ESOL class of t Albert Baptist Church on an outing. We went on a long train ride to the west of Auckland. At this new Swanson station, we had to cross the tracks on an overhead bridge. We had to walk two flights of stairs. There are two elevators for those who can't walk the stairs.
We walked again to Cafe Redwood, and I had this mini quiche of ham and spinach.

I love those bright reds in the train ststion! The panels on either side of the door match the red on the colorful bridge! It is a very good picture of the bridge, as well. The quiche looks so good, wish I knew how they made it!
It´a really nice bridge. It´s very colorful. And the "snack" is yummy!
Best regards from Argentina

Those stairways always look so bulky, I think, though I guess they have to be for safety.
Looks like both antipodean countries are catching up on the trend. Love the red colour bridge.
Lovely shots Ann, the last shot makes me hungry.
«Louis» would like to stand on that bridge as a train was passing below. It might make a fun photo.
E-mail ol' «Louis» some of that quiche, please! You made him hungry by showing it...
«Louis» thanks you for your contribution to Sunday Bridges.
elevators are great inventions!:p
that's a modern looking foot bridge. looks like you got hungry after all the walking...your snack looks yummy.:p
P.S. i had the crabs in a restaurant in Manila. not sure if it's a branch of a HK restaurant:p
For a modern stop it looks nice, I like the deep red accents. It could use some urban art, though. Like Louis, I think it would be interesting to stand on that footbridge and shoot the incoming train. I like quiche, too... glad I just had lunch.
It's interesting structure and lol, quish looks tasty:)
Happy Sunday to you!
We walk up and down all the time here but it usually rains onto us! This at least keeps you dry!
Nice looking structure to safely cross the tracks. Good looking quiche too!
Good exercise, Anne. :) I hope you are in good shape.
My bridge is late and here:
