Pt Chevalier School in Auckland, New Zealand does it in a big way.
High lights were Celebrity Chef demonstrations from Peta Mathias and this year's Master Chef Nadia. They were demonstrating in the auditorium.
It was too dark for me to take a photo. It was a pity, because I knew Nadia's parents and her when she was little. I missed another chance to tick my bucket list to have a photograph with a famous person. LOL
Richard the Chairman of the BoT.
Lynette minding the huge raffle.
Property Manager and parent Justin.
Staff and parent Frances and Rachel minding the bar.
Staff Adele and her husband Andy. Their children came to this school.
Indulge is an annual event organised by the PTA of my school.
Indulge is Pt Chevalier School's primary fundraiser for the year with all proceeds going towards digital technology purchases and upgrades.
is a Food and Wine extravaganza that will take place on the school grounds on Saturday, December 3rd, 2011 from 6.30pm to 11.30pm.
is when the school will be transformed into a vibrant market place, with over 30 quality stall holders providing a mixture of food & wine for consumption on the night and fantastic Christmas gift ideas.
is a great opportunity to grab some friends and enjoy a pre-Christmas fun night out with food, wine, cooking demonstrations, live music & shopping.

Hi Ann, what a great idea for a fundraiser. It seems like everyone is enjoying wine nowadays. And the Food network is very popular here in the states. I love watching a lot of the cooking shows and famous chefs.
I so wish our Christmas is the same weather as yours. By the way Ann, I am here in Michigan,USA, Happy weekend!
It looks like a fabulous fundraiser!
Fundraisers are a great way to raise money for a good cause.
Hope the fundraiser went well.
Looks like it was a great event.
This year the PTA is doing a digital drive, with an objective to raise $45,000," he says.
I don't know if they achieved this or not.
