yes, it is a funny bridge, that is why we asked my husband if the brdige was falling down.
Well it looks like it will by moving in the wind but I am sure that they also know how to make bridges in NS.
It looks like it might have been made to resemble a swinging bridge!
I too would feel it will collapse any moment. But the engineer knows better.
