Gladioli are great flowering summer bulbs for gardens and later they make wonderful cut flowers for the home. Commonly known as glad it is over, winter is over. They bloom in spring in Auckland, and after the drab winter, it's "Glad it is over."

in late summer gladiolas look beautiful in the garden as well in my vase.
