but these is where most Singaporean live and it only blackout once in a blue moon.
They have brownouts here in Bohol.

Hi Thomas, black outs are not common, but stoppages to repair things.
My friends, elderly couples were trapped in an elevator for almost a whole day.
Yes, power outages in high-rises cause the elderly quite a lot of stress. It's good that they are rare! Interesting post!
