My take for this week, using horses to pull wagons as a natural form of transportation.
Here in Devonport, the horse and cart is a tourist attraction. I do not know if the driver knows that these boys are getting a free ride.
Can you tell me if there is a difference between a wagon and a cart? I thought it is a wagon, but the company calls it a cart.

Cart: light vehicle pulled by hand or a two wheeled vehicle drawn by animals
Wagon: heavy four wheeled vehicle drawn by large animals.

That looks like a a wonderful method of clean and green transportation. There are many horse-drawn rides for tourists in Austria too.
To answer your question, there are times that I have had to travel overseas with my job but for the most part, it is with my hubby on leisure. I also make little, short trips around the states with my kids when I can. How long have you been staying in NZ Ann?
i don't speak German but many people in large cities and resort areas can speak English.
Sorry, but this looks like a wagon to me! I didn't know there really was much of a difference, but I guess there must be, let us know when you find out. Great pictures!
