ruby red Tuesday: Rednesday

Lots of snow fell, good for recreation but bad for the farmers whose sheep are lambing. Thousands of lamb have froze to death.

Red netting to fence skiers from the snow making machine.

Just in case you are wondering why I am talking about snow, this is New Zealand, and our seasons are opposite the the Northern Hemisphere. This week, we have the worst dumping of snow in decades.

Now i wonder if this is a precursor to our winter coming up. I better get prepared this year. Even thought is it bad for the sheep, the skiers look like they are enjoying the fun.

Hello Ann I thought it's spring down your end. Tomorrow is the end of Summer here and watching the snow seems like I am not ready for it yet ^_^ Happy Tuesday!

Hi Ann...

We have the same red netting on our ski slopes here in Colorado. No snow as of yet..but I'm sure it won't be long now! You know, I guess I never think about New Zealand getting that much snow. Poor lambs!!!

Warmest wishes,

Awh, poor little lambs. No snow where I live in Florida but have visited plenty of places with it. I love it but I hear it's a whole other game to live in it.

Thank you so much for stopping by my little corner and commenting on the pocket book craft. You're too sweet. Love and blessings.

I know you are in totally different world than here. Hard to realize you are having that kind of snow. We are still having much to hot weather. I love you part of the country, but I would freeze.

Oh No..I don't even want to think of snow! Had enough of it last winter here in Ohio. They say we're to have a warmer winter than last..I'll believe it when I see it
I'm sure the sheep will know what to do....nice and toasty with all that sheepwool around em.
It's 90F here today for the first day of Autumn. Tomorrow 95! Weekend 75..next week 60's as long as it stays in highs of 50-60's I'm happy
